  • The total fee for Returning Students is $190 for the full year (covers Sept to May).
  • Presently, we are NOT set up to accept credit card or debit. We accept cash, cheques or e-Transfer payments.
  • Classes are Monday and Thursday nights 7:30 to 8:30pm starting Monday, Sept 28, 2026 to Dec 17, 2026 for a total of 23 classes.
  • Our new beginner class is now full. Thank you for your interest in our club.
  • Please check the website in the new year (2027) for the dates of our next registration for new beginners.

Three Treasures Tai Chi Club Liability Waiver Form

Waiver and Release of Liability:
I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that participating in tai chi classes involves physical activity that may result in injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in these classes, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, and the effects of weather, traffic, and other conditions.
  2. Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Three Treasures Tai Chi Club, its instructors, members, agents, and employees from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while participating in tai chi classes or activities, or while on the premises where the classes are conducted.
  3. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Three Treasures Tai Chi Club, its instructors, members, agents, and employees from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorney fees, that they may incur due to my participation in tai chi classes or activities.
  4. Medical Conditions: I certify that I am physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent my full participation in tai chi classes. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in these classes.
  5. Acknowledgment of Understanding: I have read this waiver of liability, assumption of risk, and indemnity agreement, I fully understand its terms, and understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue. I acknowledge that I am signing the agreement freely and voluntarily and intend by my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.

The following Registration Form (available as of Sept 15th) is to be used by continuing Three Treasures Tai Chi Club members and those students who have been away from the club. If you are a new student, our new beginner class is full.
